Knowing how to market to your customers can be difficult. Especially when most of them come from different areas to visit. In this seminar, you will learn about how you can leverage your community and your brand in order to drive sales. This seminar will cover the following topics.

  • Brand alignment & story telling
  • Knowing your consumer & what they want
  • Understanding your fit in the community
  • Messaging: Keep it simple and honest

The goal of this seminar is to help business owners understand how visitors perceive them and how they can gain more control over their own brand to increase name recognition and perceived value to increase revenue.

Handouts will be provided that are aligned with the presentation so attendees can take notes on the key points of discussion. Each topic will be presented with plenty of time for discussion and collaboration with other attendees. I will also guide them through a collaborative exercise where they will work in small teams to explore potential development ideas.

The attendees will leave with strategic, actionable items and ideas to test and work with.
